John has been a life-long musician, gaining experience and formal training (piano and trumpet) at an early age and continuing on to teach himself guitar and songwriting. He has studied and played many styles of music. He has turned his focus to teaching piano and guitar and has been doing that steadily for over 20 years. For his students, John brings his well-rounded knowledge, love of music, and enjoyment of the creative process.
